The 28' X 32' Chelsea Cape is our most traditional Cape design. A central hallway and twin fireplaces divide the downstairs living areas. The large kitchen accommodates a central work island and bar sink and is close to a convenient utility room. You may have two bedrooms upstairs or create a studio/office as a quiet work space.
