Post & Beam construction is a New England tradition for good reason. Colonial settlers built timber-frame structures 300 years ago. Many of these buildings are still sturdy and functional today.

When viewing our plans you will see our current pricing for erected structures and panels. We also offer a "kit" plan option for a discount of 18%, where you or your local contractor would erect the frame. With this option, you would hire one of our technical on-site supervisors to advise and assist with the frame on your building site.

While studying our plans, please remember that the interior layouts are just suggestions. Your interior floor plan can be designed to fit your needs since the frames are free-standing (i.e. self-supporting structures) and are NOT dependent on interior partitioning for structural integrity. In addition to the flexibility of open floor space, window and door placement is not dictated because of exterior wall studs.

Our website and brochure show a variety of frame designs, and while these plans can provide a guideline for frame pricing, we find that the majority of our frames are custom designed. If you have a frame of your own design, a competitor's design or a modified version of one of our frames, please send us your ideas for a design review and free quote. We are sure that we will be able to give you a favorable quote and an extraordinary home.
